Protocol data (log files) comprising the IP address, time and date of the access, operating system and where applicable browser, where applicable browser language, terminal type, transmitted data quantity, called-up pages and the successful call-up, are created when the mobile service is used. We require your IP address to make available to you the requested services of the mobile application. However, our hosting provider does not save such data. The data shall not be forwarded to third parties under any circumstances. You cannot be identified as a result because we cannot allocate your IP address.
When you have started the App, the application can access the location service of your terminal to determine whether or not your terminal is located at Stuttgart Airport -- provided you permit the application to do this which, depending on the operating system, is implemented either explicitly or implicitly by you. In such a case, the location information in the device is evaluated to provide you with the requested information. This location data as part of the self-location are processed exclusively locally on your terminal. This location data are not transferred or saved on the systems of Flughafen Stuttgart GmbH. Flughafen Stuttgart GmbH cannot link these location data with your IP address and the requested information about flights and waiting times. If you have permitted the store operator to establish your location, the store operator may save such data on which Flughafen Stuttgart GmbH cannot exert any influence.
Deactivate the location function for the Flughafen Stuttgart GmbH App or overall for the device if you no longer wish to use this service.
We use push notifications to send you the requested current information about your flights, arrivals and waiting times for the security check directly to your terminal monitor. To that end, to identify the device the platform (Android, iOS, Windows) needs to send a code to your platform provider server. In that respect, the code is sent and transmitted via the systems of Flughafen Stuttgart GmbH, via a central distribution system (Azure Notification Hub) but also via outside systems (Google, Apple and Microsoft). Flughafen Stuttgart GmbH has no opportunity to draw conclusions about your person based on the code.
If you do not wish to receive this service, please dispense entirely with activating the push notifications. If you have consented, but no longer wish to use this service in the future, please cancel the consent below.
We shall not forward your personal data to third parties without your consent. If your data need to be processed by third parties at our request, these shall similarly be subject to the data protection law provisions and appertaining agreements (in particular Section 11 of the German Federal Data Protection Act). We shall only forward your data if such action is specified by law and we are under obligation to furnish information in dealings with authorities, courts and/or other government institutions.
We collect and use your personal data (i.e. in particular your IP address) only to make available to you the information you have requested. If such data are no longer required to honour a purpose, they shall be deleted.
Following de-installation, the application is unable to collect any further data.
However, we do not exert any influence on whether or not the operator of your operating system saves additional personal data that extend beyond the de-installation.
